Personal consultations are available via phone or e-mail. After you fill in the form below you will be contacted by e-mail to setup an appointment for a phone consultation. Or, for an e-mail consultation you will be given an e-mail address via return e-mail.

Directions:

  • You will be contacted by return e-mail to set up an appointment for a phone consultation.
  • The billing rate is $60.00 US per half hour or fraction thereof. 
  • Consultations are by appointment only.
  • Client is responsible for the telephone charges.
  • You will be asked your credit card at the beginning of the call. Your credit card will be billed upon the completion of each consultation. 
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card
